The only game I've played recently that even manages to make my gpu go over 60 is overwatch 144 fps with all settings maxed, where it goes up to 70c while playing.

Speccy 'Free' v1.32.740 has not been updated in months, possibly not since May 2018, whereas CPU-Z has been updated at least twice recently, currently on v1.91. If that is showing the same inaccurate information then that is pretty bad form. Sounds like either the fans are not working properly or the paste is screwed or there's a lot of dust in the system. Anyone have the 'Pro' version of Speccy to check this too. Oddly enough, the Fahrenheit equivalent of 33C is 91.4. In contrast, the reading on the same machine was 33C from Core Temp. As per our testing on an AMD Ryzen 7 Pinnacle Ridge, Speccy claimed the idle CPU temp to be around 92C. I've got a gtx 980 ti and it's sitting at 50c when playing WoW 60 fps with everything maxed out and sometimes spike up towards 55c but then my fan profile kicks in to cool it down quick again. From Ver 1.12.1 onwards, Core Temp can show correct CPU temp readings for most AMD CPUs. If it does get up to 97 then the card will throttle itself or shut itself off before damage can be done.It still shouldn't go that high. You may want to check your BIOS and see if it's set there to.

So running at 10 on the lowest of the low end graphics cards from this generation.I would expect high temps. So it's possible that your CPU is really 5 degrees C away from being able to boil water, and it's possible that the reading is wrong. Remember, 7 is the old Ultra from before Legion, 10 is like super ultra. Second thing, while WoW is fairly light to run and a 1050 is capable of running it well, asking for settings at 10 on such a low end card is kinda asking for high temps.

First off, it looks like you have different programs reporting different temps, so one of them must be wrong.
